Establish a new law surrounding ATM Robbery

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the”Atm Hell Robbery Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Act has been co-sponsored by: Rep - ManagerHell

2 - Reasons
Due to the addition of ATM Robbery, there is no punishment at this time, or any law surrounding it. Hence a new law needs to be established surrounding it.

3 - Punishment and law
The following law shall be added under the section 13.0 PVP And Trespassing

13.19 - ATM Robbery
A person is guilty of ATM robbery when a player steals/relieves assets from an ATM.
1st Offense - Recovery Of Stolen Assets + 100$ Fine + 5 Min Jail Time.
2nd Offense - Recovery Of Stolen Assets + 250$ Fine + 10 min Jail Time.
3rd Offence Or More - Recovery Of Stolen Assets + 500$ Fine + 15min Jail Time.

Nay- still too early to set punishments when we haven’t seen the ATMs yet and know no details. As I believe the punishment should fit the crime, the fines/jail time proposed in the bill may be too high or too low, we don’t have enough information yet.
