What charges are you seeking to expunge? 1. Bank Robbery (28 OCT 2025)
2. Murder (30 NOV 2025)
3. Murder (12 DEC 2025)
4. Murder (16 JAN 2026)
5. Murder (17 FEB 2026)
6. Murder (17 FEB 2026)

Basis for Expungement: Taking in account that on 17 feb. 2026 the last crime on my criminal record was added, It has been more than 2 months since I have been convicted of a crime.
I have fully learnt my lesson but my criminal record has kept me from pursuing my dreams, this being said I would humbly request the court for expungement of my criminal record.

Verdict

IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
VERDICT — APPLICATION ZxRiptide [2026] FCR 31

Applicant ZxRiptide seeks expungement of several crimes, the most recent of which occurred on 17 February. The Commonwealth, represented by the Attorney General, gives consent to the expungement.

The Criminal Code Act lays out the basic process of expungement:
(a) Expungement is defined as the process in which a good behavior citizen may request to have a criminal record removed.
(b) Any citizen may file for their criminal records to be removed via expungement, provided it has been at least 2 months since they have been charged with a crime.
(c) Any citizen who qualifies may bring their request to the courts, following such process:
(i) The citizen will file an Expungement Request to the Federal Court, to be presided over by a Judge or Justice.
(ii) The Attorney General, or State’s legal equivalency, will then be called to answer as to whether they meet the criteria or not.
(iii) The Judicial Officer will then determine a verdict on such a request with the State’s consent.
(d) If the respective Judge or Justice agrees with the request of the citizen, and has the consent of the State, they may order the Department of Homeland Security to delete such criminal record(s).
(CCA, Part I, Section 6(4) et seq.).

The substantive requirements for expungement are satisfied here.
  • Regarding the passage of two months: This application was filed on 18 April, and the most recent criminal record dates to 17 February. One month, at plain meaning, refers to a calendar month; that is, the period of time corresponding from one day in a month to the specific day in the next calendar month (for example, from 1 March to 1 April). (We need not consider certain edge cases, such as the final day of a 31-day month followed by a 28-day or 30-day month in this context, though the natural application would be to consider a calendar month complete at the end of the following month.) Applied here, two months after the most recent record was on 17 April, so the record reflects no information contrary to the claim that this application was filed after an appropriate time had passed.
  • Regarding State Consent: The Attorney General was summoned and, upon review of the application, gave consent to expunge the records. This consent implicitly affirms that the criteria for expungement were met.
The Court agrees with the State’s opinion and the applicant’s request. We thus enter final judgement for the applicant, and order the Department of Homeland Security to expunge the criminal records of ZxRiptide included within in the application.

The Expungement is granted in full. May your clean record be a blessing.

So Ordered,
Hon. Judge Multiman155
