The Redmont Bar Association, in its commitment to upholding the integrity of the legal profession, has instituted an appeal system for disbarred lawyers under Motion 8/2023. Disbarment decisions are approached with utmost seriousness and due process is meticulously followed to safeguard fairness. This established appeal mechanism allows disbarred lawyers to contest the decision and petition the RBA for reinstatement as licensed practitioners. Adhere to the below format provided and submit your appeal through this forum.

After you submit your appeal, the RBA will vote to reinstate you or not reinstate you as a lawyer, which may come with conditions.
