COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

The Defendant said that I racially profiled him in front of 55 players that where online at that time. Between those 55 players online that were online there was Rangers,Medical Specialist,Police Officers and principally Staff members. This did not only damaged my image but also affected me emotionally.

II. FACTS
1. I was called racist wich affected my public image
2. There were more than 55 witnesses that witnessed me being called a racist.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff was called racist
2. His public image got affected
3. The Defendant Slandered the Plaintiff by breaking the law of Slander: A purposeful false statement of a player to cause damage to that player's reputation.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $100 in compensation
2. A formal and public apology to the Plaintiff.
3. $80 in damages.
4. $20 in legal fees.

SUMMONS
The defendant is required to appear before the court in the case of Aladeen22 v Topte. Failure to appear within 48 hours of this summons will result in a default judgment in favour of the plaintiff.

Verdict

I thank the defendant for pleading guilty to ensure this court wastes no time. Moving to sentencing, I have taken your guilty plea into consideration. I sentence the defendant to:

- Pay $100 in damages to Aladeen22
- Pay $20 in legal fees to Aladeen22
- Make a public correction regarding your previous statement in the same format as the original statement was made (i.e. in global chat). Evidence of the correction must be sent to the plaintiff as soon as practicable after it has been made.
