To
Amend the Constitution of the Town of Oakridge
The citizens of Oakridge, through their elected Representatives in the Town-Council and the force of law ordained to that Town-Council by the people through the constitution of Oakridge, do hereby enact the following provisions into the by-laws:
1 - Sort Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ‘Activity is cool Act’
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage
(3) This Act has been authors by: Council Member ragemen2
(4) This Act has been co-authored by: Council Member MrCheesGuy
2 - Reasons
(1) To amend the Constitution of the Town of Oakridge
3 - Amendments
Article VI
Section III:
Once any member of the Town Council, an Executive Officer including the mayor, Chief of Staff or the Sheriff have their playtime lower than the requirements in Section I without an announced Leave of Absence, a warning is to be sent to said member, who will have a week to gain back their required playtime unless agreed otherwise by the Town Council.
If the said member fails to regain their playtime in the time given, they shall be considered removed from office and shall not be able to regain their office by any means until after the next council elections.
