To
Amend the Constitution of the Town of Oakridge
The citizens of Oakridge, through their elected Representatives in the Town-Council and the force of law ordained to that Town-Council by the people through the constitution of Oakridge, do hereby enact the following provisions into the by-laws:
1 - Sort Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ‘Activity is cool Act’
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage
(3) This Act has been authors by: Council Member ragemen2
(4) This Act has been co-authored by: Council Member MrCheesGuy, Council Member zLost
2 - Reasons
(1) To amend the Constitution of the Town of Oakridge
3 - Amendments
Article VI
Section III:
Should any Oakridge government member no longer meet any requirement bestowed upon them in this article without an announced Leave of Absence, said member must be informed by any Town Council member, following which they will have a week to meet their requirements again. However, if the violation of their requirements occurs since they no longer hold residency in the town, they shall instantly be removed.
If said member fails to meet their requirements again in the time given, they shall be removed from their position.
