Also, the in-game name "A&W" is invalid as DBs containing symbols are not permitted anymore, so you'll also need to create a new one and update this. Make sure to read the Legal Entity Act and our Business Incorporation policy.

Hello, thank you for getting back to me, I was unaware I needed to file the registration as I thought thats what this is, and the register button is hard to see being in the corner, I have filed my registration in accordance with the LEA and the incorporation policy.

Hi @AvatarNate7983 it appears I made a mistake singling out the issue regarding the "In-game DB formatting" issue I had made in your business registration application thread, as I wrote "Currently, it is mentioned as "A&W" in Article 1(b); however, an in-game DB cannot be formatted with symbols like this. Please provide a valid in-game DB name". According to the new economy API, A&W Corporate Account exists, therefore, if we are to follow Legal Entity Act Part V Section 1(2)(b) which requires the name of the company in the business plugin to be provided in the Certificate, could you please revert it back to the old name? I deeply apologise for this administrative error, as I had heard from another colleague that apparently businesses with this formatting were no longer allowed, however it has seemingly been transferred over and exists under the current new API system. Could you please update both the Certificate and the Company Docket filing post with the old company name "A&W" ?
