Thanks for the USR filing. Before I can sign off, there are three things to fix so the docket lines up with the Legal Entity Act:

1. The registered name and in-game name are swapped. Under the LEA the "registered name" is the name on the formation instrument, so it should be Universal Server Records LLC, and the "in-game company" is the plugin/db name, which is USR. Right now they're the other way around. (LEA Part III §2(1)(a) and (b), §3(1)(h))

2. The Certificate of Formation is missing a business purpose. Part §1(2)(d) requires the certificate to state the nature of the business the company will conduct. Please add a short purpose clause and re-upload.

3. The Certificate contradicts itself on liability. Section C says company debts can never touch members' personal assets, but Section G says that on dissolution members assume the entity's outstanding liabilities and debts by ownership percentage. Please reword one so the intent is clear, for example noting that the Section G wind-up obligation is the exception to Section C.

Once the certificate is updated, and the two summary fields are switched, I'll sign the docket. Thanks!
