What Case are you Appealing?: [2026] FCR 9 - Perjury and Contempt Charge

Basis for Appeal: The presiding judge had charged with perjury and contempt of court because they believed that I had lied about my status as CEO of the bank following the departure of the previous CEO dimitre. They cited that I needed to do a board vote on the matter however it says in our shareholder agreement that board members will fill empty slots of officers and as I was the only member of the board I was the only person able to fill that empty officer slot.

May I amend this sorry there was an issue

As the charge being appealed happened in the Federal court, this is the wrong court to hear such appeal as it has to be filed in the superior court aka the Supreme court.

Please refile in the Supreme court.
