Verdict

IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT

Following careful deliberation, the Federal Court has decided to deny this appeal.

The court does not believe the evidence provide in this appeal constitutes reputational harm. Firstly the screenshots are extremely lacking in context. For example, the word "Disbanded" does not inform the court of much if at all. But If the court were to take the word of the plaintiff as to what these screenshots are, there is no relationship connecting the two. The plaintiff claims his party was disbanded shortly after the alleged defamatory comment constituting reputational harm but the court disagrees. The timelime of events does not on its own provide anything towards cause and effect. If anything were to be proven by only a timelime, it would be correlation but sadly correlation does not equal causation.
