Basis for Appeal: case was unfarly dismissed by a justice and that clearly violated my rights to a fair trial
I was not granted a trial and Air is kept unpunished for trespassing, I respectfully ask for a trial, my appeal in the federal court was also denied.

"(9) Any citizen, criminal or otherwise will have the right to a speedy and fair trial presided over by an impartial Judicial Officer, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation, and to be confronted with the evidence against them, and to have the assistance of legally qualified counsel for their defence."

In a 2-0 decision, the Supreme Court has decided to reject the appeal. We find no error in the dismissal of the case, the appeal has continued to fail to establish any standing.
