In a 2-0 Decision, The Supreme Court has decided to reject this appeal.

The Supreme Court will be upholding the Contempt Charge, the Judge was not acting outside of this judicial power and felt it necessary to issue a contempt charge. The Supreme Court see's no reason to step in and overstep the Judicial Officer. The Contempt of Court charge stands.
