Amend the Legislative Standards Act
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

Aye, I agree strongly with the stated reasons for the bill.
The legal profession in Redmont has long been one of the most popular and crowded fields; regulating it has been long coming and needed to ensure our lawyers are held to a reasonable standard of practice.
Respectfully, this is quite an uncharitable explanation of this bill and misunderstands what it says. As stated above, this bill is only writing about public services and would in no way affect things such as custom blocks (which are obviously not a public service.)

Nay, I feel this is a band-aid that won't make any meaningful difference. I agree with the concerns raised by representative girlfailcoded. This will mostly harm new players who are just trying out the game's systems rather than deter those who want to continue to commit murders.

Nay, issues relating to replies have been nearly removed and this places a ridiculous additional burden on our departments for basically no gains to our applicants.
Aye, I agree with the stated reasons for the bill, particularly the statements made by xSync that it's an appropriate amount that will not place undue burden on the FRB.
