What Case are you Appealing?: [2026] FCR 9 - Perjury and Contempt Charge

Link to the Original Case: Lawsuit: Pending - Oakridge Community Bank & RiggoSoft v. dimitre977 [2026] FCR 9

Basis for Appeal: The presiding judge had charged with perjury and contempt of court because they believed that I had lied about my status as CEO of the bank following the departure of the previous CEO dimitre. They cited that I needed to do a board vote on the matter however it says in our shareholder agreement that board members will fill empty slots of officers and as I was the only member of the board I was the only person able to fill that empty officer slot.
