Unfortunately, your grant request has been denied. Reason is the insane small amount. Misappropriating such small sums would make you, but also us, look ridiculous. Just imagine reading "DOC misappropriated 2k" in the newspaper, nobody would read that when they could also read "DOC misappropriated 20 million". (This is obviously a joke, for those who don't understand, for real: "DOC does not cover the listed grant funding usages")
