1. The officers field lists a Consultant, a Manager, and an Employee. Under the LEA those aren't officers (officers and employees are separate roles, §3(1)(s)), so that field should show only actual corporate officers with their officer titles (CEO, COO, CFO, and so on), or "None" if there aren't any. If IgnitedTNT, Lacking53, or Z0OVD do hold officer positions, each of their appointments also needs its own docket filing with name and title (Part III §1(8)(d)).

2. The share register currently says "See attachment." The LEA requires the register to sit in the summary post itself, not just the attached certificate (Part IV §8(2)), since that first post is the one that stays editable as shares move. Please write it into the summary, for example: "Class S: Rawrrae69, 100 shares."
