• Incorrect Management Title in Directors Field - The docket lists "ItsEgo - Managing Partner" under Directors. Article V of your Certificate establishes the LLC as member-managed, and Article VI designates the Class A class as Managing Member (not "Managing Partner"). Because managing members act as the directors under Legal Entity Act Part V, Section 5(2), in a member-managed structure, the Directors field must list ItsEgo (Managing Member).
