Lawsuit: Dismissed Pin_kx v. marseywpd & poktizoc

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
MOTION FOR EMERGENCY INJUNCTION

To whatever honorable magistrate is reading this:

My client, Pin_kx, is requesting at minimum $30,000 in assets belonging to the Defendant be frozen. Defendant is alleged to be operating an unlicensed banking institution in violation of the recently passed Financial Institutions Enforcement Act. $30,000 is the amount Plaintiff has "deposited" with this person, and we will need at least that much at minimum to make my client whole. Plaintiff will be filing a case involving "Failure to Honour Withdrawal or Redemption" which carries a maximum remedy of $20,000 in addition to that. Combined, that makes the total we are asking to be frozen $50,000 for potential compensatory damages.

This server has recently had a number of scammers make themselves judgement-proof. I took this case on because I believe in justice and want to see a victim actually be able to recover their damages.

Defendants have begun the process of disbanding their businesses ("P-X02") and are likely going to attempt to hide assets. A freeze is badly needed here if justice is going to be done for my client.
