Hi @karexxl can you please address the following discrepancy in your Company Docket post:

• Incorrect Officer Designation - The docket lists KareXXL – Sole Manager (Director) & Incorporator under Officers. Under Part V, Section 5(2) of the Legal Entity Act, the Manager is already legally regarded as a Director and is correctly registered in the "Directors" field. Listing "Manager" again under Officers is redundant. Since the LLC has no separately appointed corporate officers (such as a President or Treasurer), this field must state N/A or None. Please address this in the above first post.
