The Legal Entity Act establishes that legal entities are distinct. Each entity must maintain its own corporate formalities within the Company Docket. Defining directors and officers dynamically by referencing an entirely separate entity bypasses the requirement to keep an independent, accurate, and immutable record in the Incorporated Entity Summary as outlined in Legal Entity Act Part III, Section 2(1).

Please remove the "Same directors as Barclays, shared directly in real time" and instead explicitly list only the specific individuals who currently serve as directors for Greggs. Any future changes to these directors must be filed individually in the Greggs Company Docket to take legal effect.
