How do you plan on using your grant funding?
80k will be dedicated to pay journalists in the organization, 20k will be dedicated to hiring more jornalists. MZP wishes to be platform for high quality news and as such wishes to hire also editors to improve our platform.

Could you provide more detail on how the grant will be used, whether the payment towards journalists is going to be issued in standard salaries or on a per-article basis? Are they being used for signing bonuses or some other benefit? Will this be used more to expand or cover daily operations?

MZP newly restarted operations and looks like it does have good launch.

About costs:
Jornalist in MZP are got paid per article 5-7k
Sign up bonus for jornalist is 5k after release of first article
Editor costs needs to be paid after jornalist costs
OFC in costs we also need put MZ constitution related costs ( bonuses for working on holidays etc etc )

We still innovating thingis soo its additional costs that we dont count in process

MZ wishes to have 2-3 articles per week released with as much freedom as possible to our jornalists as MZP shoud be politicaly neutral.

As MZP is quite new everything is considered expansion as news are now being released and before was not released.
