Motion

IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
MOTION FOR EMERGENCY INJUNCTION

Your Honor,

In line with Section 18(1) of the Judicial Standards Act (which allows for emergency injunctions to be submitted before full cases, provided cases are filed swiftly thereafter), the Plaintiff Yeet_Boy seeks an emergency injunction In order to forestall active eviction on Plot s097. The Plaintiff alleges that the Commonwealth seeks to unreasonably seize the property in violation of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Redmont, and irreperable harm would arise should the Commonwealth evict and auction the plot to a third party.

Therefore, the Plaintiff seeks an emergency injunction requiring that the Commonwealth not evict the Plot while this case is ongoing.

Your Honor:

Motion

IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
MOTION TO NOLLE PROSECUI

After the filing of this motion for emergency injunction, the Department of Construction and Transport has chosen to mark the eviction notice as solved of its own accord. This was not a settlement.

While the denial of the paste is arbitrary, and the Plaintiff reserves full rights to pursue claims on this, the Plaintiff seeks voluntary dismissal without prejudice, as the emergency injunction is no longer required at this time.
