Amend the Aventura Property Regulations Act​

BE IT ENACTED by the Mayor and Council of Aventura:

1 - Short Title
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Yacht Plots Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon assent by the Mayor.
(3) This Act has jointly been authored by Mayor Anime Tempest and Julia Tempest

2 - Reasons
(1) New plots have been created; these should be defined by law.

3 - Amendments
(1) The following section shall be inserted into the Aventura Property Regulations Act:
"
15 - Aventura New Boat Plots
(1) Plots beginning with “Av-b” are Boat Plots
(2) Every Captain must go down with their ship.

16 - Plot Limits

(1) Aventura Residential plots. No player shall own/rent more than one Aventura Residential plots.
(2) Aventura Commercial plots. No player shall own/rent more than three Aventura Commercial plots.
(3) Aventura Boat plots. No player shall own/rent more than one Aventura Boat plot.
(4) Aventura Yacht plots. No player shall own/rent more than one Aventura Yacht plot.
(5) Aventura Island plots. No player shall own/rent more than one Aventura Island plot.
(6) Aventura Market Stalls. No player shall own/rent more than three Aventura Market Stalls.
(7) Aventura Black Market Stalls. No player shall own/rent more than one Aventura Black Market Stall.
(8) Aventura Food Court Plots. No player shall own/rent more than two Aventura Food Court Plot.
(9) Aventura Bank Plots. No Player shall own/rent more than one Aventura Bank Plot
(10) Aventura Bill Boards. No Player shall own/rent more than one Aventura Bill Board
(11) Aventura New Boat Plots. No player shall own/rent more than three Aventura New Boat Plots.
(12) Realtors, like any other citizen, may not exceed plot limits without an exemption.

(2) The Mayor of Aventura shall have the power to renumber sections of the Aventura Property Regulations Act accordingly.
(3) The Mayor of Aventura shall have the power to apply aesthetic changes to the Aventura Property Regulations Act.
(a) This shall include--
(i) Formatting;
(ii) Spacing; and
(iii) Spelling.

4 - Repeal
(1) Thirty days after the enactment of this act, Section 3(3) of this Act shall formally be repealed.
