COMPLAINT
The Prosecution alleges criminal actions committed by the Defendant as follows:
I. PARTIES
1. Xlipseee, Prosecution.
2. SuperCamden17, Defendant.
II. FACTS
1. On or about the date of the incident, the Defendant initiated combat against the Prosecution.
2. The Defendant repeatedly engaged the Prosecution in combat, as evidenced by server messages stating, "SuperCamden17 has started the fight, you can legally defend yourself!"
3. The Prosecution suffered damage during the encounter, including being headshotted.
4. The server subsequently issued messages stating, "SuperCamden17 cannot kill you because they've reached the murder limit."
5. The Defendant's actions caused fear, disruption, and placed the Prosecution at risk of death.
III. CHARGES
The Prosecution hereby alleges the following charges against the Defendant:
1. Attempted Murder
The Defendant intentionally engaged in conduct intended to cause the death of the Prosecution and repeatedly attacked the Prosecution during the incident.
2. Assault
The Defendant intentionally initiated and carried out unlawful physical attacks against the Prosecution.
IV. SENTENCING
The Prosecution respectfully recommends that the Court:
1. Find the Defendant guilty of the charged offenses.
2. Impose all penalties authorized by law.
3. Grant any additional relief deemed appropriate by the Court.
