How do you plan on using your grant funding?
Firstly I intend to use the grant to purchase a property for my Inn. there are a few listed but I am expecting the costs for this will be 20-30k. Once I manage to get the plot I plan to hire some construction workers to build the Inn (as I am not a great builder myself). I do not know how much this could cost but I am hoping nothing less than 10k. Then once the construction is complete I need funds to hire a Contract Lawyer (As I am not a lawyer yet), a manager, 2 delivery persons, and 2 farmers. If we expand enough to hire a chef and brewery I will pay that out of my own pocket (the farm is also already built so I won't need funds for the supplies.) I am expecting to spend 5-8k for the contract lawyer, 5k for the manager, 3k per farmer, and 2k per delivery person.
Ideal Grant Amount 40k-60k.
If awarded, I intend to use the grant money allocated to me for its intended purpose on which it was approved for, and provide a breakdown in my application thread of how the funding was used.
