To
Allow Witness Testimony in DOJ Tickets
The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Witnesses Are Evidence Too Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by: Rep. Bigpappa140 and Frmr. Rep. TheReal42Person.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by: Rep. Dumbyhead1234
2 - Reasons
(1) In court, witnesses are counted as evidence just like screenshots and videos are.
(2) In any Department of Justice (DOJ) ticket, witnesses do NOT count as evidence.
(3) Witnesses should count as evidence no matter where they are giving testimony.
3 - Terms
(1) In any Department of Justice ticket, witnesses shall be considered evidence as much as screenshots or videos are.
(2) If a witness is found to be lying, they will be charged with Perjury.
