Thank you for the reply and thank you for catching that. I have updated the Officers field to “N/A”, along with the Directors field to “Windows_Dog (Managing Member). Should be compliant now, let me know if anything else needs changing.

This is an official DOC enforcement notice. WindFund LLC have until the end of today to file their report for July.

Per BITA Part IV Section 22(1) and (2). Late filings cause WindFund LLC to be liable for a penalty of $2.500 per day for their first missed report, and $5.000 per day for repeat failure. These late fees will start stacking tomorrow, if not remedied before then.
 
May I know what BITA is? because if this is regarding my tax exemption, I have not been tax exempt for a long time since July:

I have reviewed the Banking Income tax Act. Windfund LLC is a registered non-profit that takes no deposits and earns no taxable income and so it is not a "financial institution" - so I don't believe a peanlty should apply to WindFund.
