Create a New Constitution for Willow
The residents of Willow, through their elected representatives in the Council and the force of law ordained to that Council by the people through the Willow Constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Willow Constitutional Convention Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Mayor TheReal42Person.
2 - Reasons
(1) The current Willow Constitution is outdated and very vague.
(2) This new Constitution sets up a functional government, with strict requirements and provisions.
(3) This new Constitution expands roleplay opportunities within the town's government.
3 - New Constitution
(1) With a unanimous Town Council vote, the following Constitution will hereby replace the current Constitution for the Town of Willow:
