Fix a Boo-Boo​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “WHOOPSIE Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately once it is signed and the “Proportional Representation Constitutional Amendment Act” is in effect.

(1) “For the January 2021 Senate election only, the entire Senate shall be up for election simultaneously and the two highest polling Senators shall be assigned to Class A while the third and fourth highest polling Senators shall be assigned to Class B.” changes to “For the January 2021 Senate election only, the entire Senate shall be up for election simultaneously and the three highest polling Senators shall be assigned to Class A while the fourth, fifth, and sixth highest polling Senators shall be assigned to Class B.”
