Amend the Weapons of Mass Destruction Act
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
1) This Act may be cited as the “Weapon of Mass Destruction Act”.
2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
3) This Act was authored by Representative Eastray_
4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Representative hugebob23456, Deputy Speaker of The House Figomessi77.
2 – Reason
1) In the eyes and opinions of the citizens of Redmont, there was no difference between owning a weapon classified as WOMD and stacks of the same weapon.
2) With a growing economy comes a greater number of organized and dangerous criminals, who band together and form gangs to overcome the penalties for Weapon of Mass Destruction possession, conspiracy to use a Weapon of Mass Destruction and the use of a Weapon of Mass Destruction.
3 - Definition of Weapon of Mass Destruction
(a) Biological
- Disease vials
- Disease splash potions
- Extracted Disease Infected blood
- Diseased imbued arrow(s)
- Bioweapon Paraphernalia (syringes when not authorised by the Government)
(b) Nuclear- Mini nuke
- Fatman Launcher
4 - Add new terms
1) Trafficking of (a) Weapons of Mass Destruction:
A player is guilty of trading/trafficking or distributing (with money or(and) objects or "free item") (a) weapons of mass destruction whereby they host on the official DCbid, within their chest shops, company chest shops or physical belongings, in-person deal biological or nuclear weapons:
(1) First offence:
- $150 for each unit(*).
- Confiscation of weapons
(2) Second offence:
- $300 for each unit(*).
- Confiscation of weapons.
- 5 minutes of jail time.
(3) Third offence:
- $600 for each unit(*).
- Confiscation of weapons and revoke firearms license, no appeal within a month.
- 10 minutes of jail time.
* Note:
- This law overrides:
+ Possession of a Weapon of Mass Destruction.
5 - Amend terms and reformatting bill
* Notes:
- "From" means original term.
- "To" means amended term.
- RED means that part will be change to GREEN.
- GREEN means that part been added or changed from RED.

2) Possession of a Weapon of Mass Destruction
A player is guilty of possessing a weapon of mass destruction whereby they contain on their person, within their virtual chests, or physical belongings biological or nuclear weapons.
First offence - $100 per individual WOMD + confiscation of weapons and firearms license.
Second offence - $250 per individual WOMD + confiscation of weapons and firearms license + 5 minutes jail time
Third offence - $500 per individual WOMD + confiscation of weapons and firearms license + 10 minutes jail time
5.1 - To

A player is guilty of possessing (a) weapons of mass destruction whereby they contain on their person, within their virtual chests, or physical belongings biological or nuclear weapons:

- $125 for each unit(*).
- Confiscation of weapons.
(2) Second offence:
- $250 for each unit(*).
- Confiscation of weapons.
- 5 minutes of jail time.
(3) Third offence:
- $500 for each unit(*).
- Confiscation of weapons and revoke firearms license, no appeal within a month.
- 10 minutes of jail time.

3) Conspiracy to use a Weapon of Mass Destruction.
A player is guilty of conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction whereby they contain on their person, within their virtual chests, or physical belongings biological or nuclear weapons with expressed intent to use the weapons.
First offence - $100 per individual WOMD + confiscation of weapons and firearms license.
Second offence - $250 per individual WOMD + confiscation of weapons and firearms license + 5 minutes jail time
Third offence - $500 per individual WOMD + confiscation of weapons and firearms license + 10 minutes jail time

A player is guilty of conspiracy to use (a) weapons of mass destruction whereby they contain on their person, within their virtual chests, or physical belongings biological or nuclear weapons with expressed intent to use the weapons:
(1) First offence:
- $250 for each unit(*).
- Confiscation of weapon(s).
(2) Second offence:
- $500 for each unit(*).
- Confiscation of weapon(s) and revoke firearms license, no appealing within a month.
- 5 minutes of jail time.
(3) Third offence:
- $750 for each unit(*).
- Confiscation of weapon(s) and revoke firearms license, no appealing within 2 months.
- 10 minutes of jail time.
5.3 - From
4) Use of a Weapon of Mass Destruction.
A player is guilty of using a weapon of mass destruction when it is discharged by the player.
First offence - $500 per individual WOMD use + confiscation of weapons and firearms license.
Second offence - $750 per individual WOMD use + confiscation of weapons and firearms license + 5 minutes jail time
Third offence - $1000 per individual WOMD use + confiscation of weapons and firearms license + 10 minutes jail time

4) Use of (a) Weapons of Mass Destruction:
A player is guilty of using (a) weapons of mass destruction when it is discharged by the player:
(1) First offence:
- $500 for each salvo(**).
- Confiscation of weapon(s) and revoke firearms license, no appealing within a month.
- 15 minutes of jail time.
(2) Second offence:
- $750 for each salvo(**).
- Confiscation of weapon(s) and revoke firearms license, no appealing within 2 months.
- 30 minutes of jail time.
(3) Third offence:
- $1000 for each salvo(**).
- Confiscation of weapon(s) and revoke firearms license, no appealing within 3 months.
- 60 minutes of jail time.
* Note:
- This law overrides:
+ Possession of a Weapon of Mass Destruction.
+ Conspiracy to Use a Weapon of Mass Destruction.
6 - Notes(*) This means that for every WOMD presented, the fine will stack up according to the offence number.
(**) This means that for every WOMD shot/activated, the fine will stack up according to the offence number.
