What industry does your company serve? Wholesale/Retail Trade
What grant are you applying for? Start-up Grant
What problem does your business solve and what makes you different from competitors? Many people forget that their build pastes include light sources. May people also find it hard to acquire certain redstone resources. Sol aims to sell these wholesale as well as to the public to solve these issues. There are no major competitors focusing on these markets.
How do you plan to generate revenue to scale up your business and is your long-term vision for the company? Sol is not necessarily a new company but nearly inactive due to the original and sole location being unrented and taken over months ago. However, with a grand reopening soon at a now permanent location based as close as possible to and clearly visible from spawn, the company should see similar if not greater revenue as the previous cbd rental location.
What is you and your team's experience and expertise? Providing what the people need at a reasonable price at a convenient location.
How will you use the grant funds, and what impact do you expect them to have on your business? Will be used to fully stock a catalogue of items to give the company initial traction on reopening, as there's a higher likely-hood of sales being made if there's something a full inventory rather than empty.
