Regulate Voting​

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Kev Voter Protection Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Reasoning
For too long have the unethical politicians swayed citizens to vote unknowingly for party’s they know little to nothing about, I intend to put a stop to this madness.

3- Voting
1.In order to vote in any election a citizen must have joined the server more than 3 days prior to them being eligible to vote

2. Players must have at least 4 hours of playtime when they cast their ballot.

• This bill does not specify which amendment is being made, where exactly in the constitution are these clauses being established?
• This bill could also conflict with the Rights and Freedoms section of the constitution, as the people have the right to vote in elections; if you wish to put some sort of limitation on that, it should be amended in that specific section.
