Bill: Rejected Vice Praeses Secundi Amendment Act

Amend the Constitution

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Vice Praeses Secundi Amendment Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon the next presidential term.

2 - Amendments
(1) Under "President & Cabinet" add the "Role of the Vice Praeses Secundi"
(2) Under "President of the Senate" change "The Senate is presided over by the Vice President, who is responsible for maintaining the good order and efficient running of the chamber" to "The Senate is presided over by the Vice President with the support of the Vice Praeses Secundi, who is responsible for maintaining the good order and efficient running of the chamber"
(3) Add Under "Role of the Vice Praeses Secundi":
The Vice Praeses Secundi will assist the Vice President as the presiding officer of the Senate. They will also advise the President and Vice President in their duties. When the President nor the Vice President is able to fulfill their duties, the Vice Praeses Secundi assumes the role of President in an Acting capacity, bearing all responsibilities and powers of the President. The Vice Praeses Secundi will also become the Vice President, should the incumbent Vice President assume the role of President.
(4) Add Vice Praeses Secundi to "Order of Succession" under the Vice President.

3 - Additional Roles
(1) The role of Third Lady will also be established, as the consort to the Vice Praeses Secundi.
