COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF

The defendant has failed to transfer ownership of plot S015 upon retiring from their position as CEO within Vendeka, with no indication of intending to return it in a timely manner, the failure of which would cause financial damage to the company

I. PARTIES

II. FACTS
1. Plot S015 is property of Vendeka Inc.
2. The defendant retired from their position as CEO on the 28th of July 2025.
3. The defendant was instructed by a representative of Vendeka Inc. (Mg.) to transfer the property to EmmDubz on the 29th of July 2025.
4. The defendant has not contacted any employee of Vendeka Inc. since their resignation on the 28th of July 2025.
5. Plot S015 is currently under an eviction notice, deferred until the 17th of August 2025.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The defendant has not transferred, or indicated that they will transfer plot S015 in a timely manner to EmmDubz.
2. With plot S015 being under an eviction notice, a delayed transfer of ownership would cause financial damage to Vendeka Inc.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Prompt transfer of plot S015 to EmmDubz, preferrably via an injuction to ensure the plot remains under the ownership of Vendeka Inc.

@finsmt is required to appear before the District Court of Redmont in the case of Vendeka Inc. vs Finsmt

Failure to appear within 72 hours of this summons will result in a default judgement based on the known facts of the case.

Both parties should make themselves aware of the Court Rules and Procedures, including the option of an in-game trial should both parties request one.

As Defendant has failed to reply, I will be granting the motion for summary judgement. However, in order to ensure the burden of proof is met, I will be asking several questions of the plaintiff.

Please find attached P-004, showing the transfer of the property directly from Mg. to the defendant.

Additionally P-005 is a screenshot of Vendeka's internal communications presenting Mg. clearly stating to the defendant that S-015 is property of Vendeka Inc. It's also visible that the defendant read and replied to this message, and therefore was aware that it was company property.

VERDICT


1. PLAINTIFF’S POSITION
1. Plaintiff transferred the property S015 to defendant as part of defendant's role as CEO.
2. Defendant resigned from their role as CEO, but failed to return the property.
3. S015 is now under an eviction notice as a result of defendant's absence.

2. DEFENDANT’S POSITION
1. Plaintiff did not respond to summons.

3. OPINION
Searching for existing precedent, the court turned to the verdict in Bardiya_King v. Snowy_Heart. [2024] FCR 67, which dealt with a similar matter regarding an absent player (in this case, deported) and Fox Star Company's efforts to retrieve said properties. While the verdict ruled against the plaintiff, it specified that this was in part due to a lack of evidence presented by the plaintiff. In this case, Vendeka Inc. has provided substantial evidence showcasing they were indeed the original owners, and I am satisfied that there would be substantial harm to the company if the property was not returned.

4. DECISION
The District Court hereby rules in favor of the Plaintiff. I shall be issuing an injunction shortly to ensure the return of S015 to Vendeka Inc.

The District Court thanks all involved. Court is now adjourned.
