The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Urgent Consideration Act October 2020”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) The Quick-Bill Act will be nulled/removed.

2 - Process
(1)Motions of Urgent Consideration are proposed by the Speaker and voted on by the House of Representatives, in order for the Motion to pass all that is needed is a simple majority of representatives to vote in favour of the motion. If a bill fails a motion of urgent consideration it will not receive priority in the House at that time.

(2)Any bill that passes a motion of urgent consideration must be opened to voting within 24 hours.

(3)If a Bill with Urgent Consideration passes the house it will be prioritised when it is being moved to the Senate as well.
