Attempt reducing laws and rules latency

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into laws:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
1) This Act may be cited as the “Urgency in proposal act”.
2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
3) This Act was authored by Eastray_ adjusted by Senator LilNickiVert.
4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Senator LilNickiVert.*

2 - Reason
1) To help the laws and rules page always be up-to-date
2) Improve the efficiency of Draftsmen
3) Make a fallback plan and organize the level of urgency on which law to be updated first.

3 - Stage of urgency
1) A bill can be classified when proposing as urgency providing the content or the purpose of the bill in question fall under these requirements:
-The changes affect a wide range of people or arresting and ongoing harm to the people that need to be stopped right away.
-The provision of the bill is to prevent a foretold event that could happen that needs to be published to the public and department as soon as possible.
-The bill fixes a loophole in the system that was generating unlawful profit or advantage for the people that committed the act.
2) President of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives will work together in order to sort out the bill’s stage based on 3.1
3) In case of urgency, bills will be prioritised for voting within the chambers must be done within 72 hours after the senate and representatives were called.

5 - Urgency of update
An urgency bill that contains the part that requests updates to the law document will need to be updated by draftsmen within 48 hours of the president's signature.

If the draftsmen fail to complete the task, any senator or representative can take it, and it must be completed within 24 hours of being claimed.

*Senator LilNickiVert Did not co-sponsor this legislation. However, due to the fact that this was an accident and it has already passed the house, meaning that there was enough support for the bill.
I will allow this bill to stay on the Senate floor per section 22 - Peer review of The Legislative Standards Act.
