Give players the option to trademark their business name.
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Trademark Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Representative shadownba.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Representative steveshat.
2 - Reasons
(1) Players don't want their business name stolen, if you take a lot of time to think of a name for your business and it's stolen, that player won't be happy at all.
(2) Players will know that their work is safe because they have the option to trademark.
3 - Terms
(1) An icon will be made to indicate that something is trademarked.
(2) Players will be able to open a ticket to get their business name trademarked.
(3) Fines up to $500 will apply if a player tries to trademark something else other than a business name.
This bill has been approved by the DPA and by DoC secretary Louder_Leo.
