Make sure towns stay active.
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Town Update Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Representative shadownba.
(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by Representative PandaL0g1c
2 - Reasons
(1) We need to make sure towns stay active so we know if the mayor and council is doing a good job.
(2) Towns are starting to get inactive so we need to take notes on their updates to figure out the issue.
(3) We will be able to figure out and help if a part of a town is inactive or if things need fixing.
3 - Terms
(1) Each town will send an update every two weeks, the mayor is in charge of posting the update. The update will be sent to the DOS, the DOS shall make an announcement.
(2) If a town fails to do what is listed in term #1, the town will be fined $1,000 for not making the update.
