A
BILL
To
Encourage Incentives to Give Tours
BILL
To
Encourage Incentives to Give Tours
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Tour Pension Act”
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) Authored by Representative 218218Consumer
2 - Reasons for Proposal
The West administration recognizes the importance of expanding the availability of tour guides as well as ensuring that such guides are active in providing tours. A pension, guaranteed to guides who have been vigilant in their introduction of players to the server, would provide greater incentives to become a guide and to effectively fulfill the obligations of the profession.
3 - Terms
(a) All tour guides who choose to quit, have not been fired, have served at least 4 consecutive weeks or more in their profession, and have provided between more than 25 tours, at the discretion of the DPA, to new players shall be entitled to a pension of $5/15 minutes of playtime for a time period of 2 weeks added to a number of days equivalent to half the number of tours they provided as a guide.
(b) This pension shall be sourced directly from the account of the DC government.
(c) All guides who meet the above requirements following the signage of this bill may apply for a pension on the forum.
(d) The DPA reserves the right to retract all pensions for any guide at fault for severe misconduct during their time as a tour guide.
(e) The DPA shall be responsible for the suspension of pensions with expired time periods.
(f) The DPA may appoint a Pension Officer, offered a salary at the DPA’s discretion, to facilitate the distribution of pensions.
