The certificate of formation is amended to remove finnancial liability from members.

Subsection 14 is added onto §2
“Members shall bear no financial liabilities for this LLC.”

§2(4) is amended as follows “Profits and losses will be distributed by interest.”

Interest based LLC's must be converted to a corporation within 30 days of the passage of the new Legal Entity Act in order to be in compliance with the aforementioned act.
