COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
I. PARTIES
1. TonkChezburber
2. Caseyboi_3rd
II. FACTS
1. On 5 September 2026 (5-9-2026), Caseyboi_3rd stood outside my shop as I was restocking pancakes. Caseyboi_3rd then opened fire, killing me instantly.
2. I teleported from the hospital to the shop to dial 911, and after I did, and waited for someone to arrive, Caseyboi_3rd shot at me again. This time I managed to get behind a wall, but Caseyboi_3rd followed me inside my shop and shot again, killing me a second time.
3. Following a formal law enforcement investigation, authorities officially confirmed that Caseyboi_3rd was the perpetrator of these crimes.
4. As a direct result of these killings, I experienced a forced disruption to shop operations.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Disruption of Business: The Defendant unlawfully entered my commercial property and committed violent acts, effectively disrupting shop operations, deterring potential customers, and violating my right to a safe commercial environment.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Loss of business revenue: Compensation for possible shop sales I missed while dead. Around 50-100 dollars, defendant pays.
2. Emotional distress damages: An order directing the Defendant to pay 200 dollars for intentionally targeting me on my own commercial property, creating an unsafe business environment.
2 Screenshots have been added as files, I request the police to hand over the murder case for this complaint.
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
