The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'This Right is Useless Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by Rep. zLost
(4) This Act has been co-authored by AlexanderLove
(5) This Act has been co-sponsored by Rep. xEndeavour
2 - Reasons
(1) Right II already gives citizens the ability to vote a government official out of their office, as they are given the right to vote in referendrums.
(2) Thus, this right serves little to no purpose.
(3) We have no need for it, because of this.
3 - Amendment
Section 32 of the Constitution will have the following right removed:
III. The right to vote a Government official out of his or her office.
All rights after Right III will have their numbers updated to follow correct ordering.
