Amend the Constitution​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives and Senators in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Thirteen Amendment”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted on the 1st of January.

2 - Reasons
(1) One party has become especially dominant in our politics. The expansion of the House will grant more opportunities for more parties to be represented. While this will not shift power anywhere, it will enable more first time politicians to make a name for themselves.

3 - Constitutional Amendment
(1) “The House of Representatives shall consist of 11 citizens” shall be amended to “The House of Representatives shall consist of 13 citizens”
