COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
"July 10th around midnight. I see a AD in chat for a gold drill from Cpvp_dog i send a message saying ill pay 8k for it and if he could hold on as i need to get some funding really quicky by selling things. soon i take out a loan from @YoshiKarter for 8k with 10k needed to be paided back. i go to meet at willow spawn i sent him the money he says one second and leaves. i tell yoshi to come meet me there then for the next several minutes i try to get him to come back. soon he does but still dosent give it and ends up attacking yoshi and me. then he drops a chest but it wasnt the drill if was a normal chest. and when im typeing something he attacks me again. soon i cut my losses and give it one last shot and meet him in the courts where he then kills me and then leaves the game. at around 12:40 i then make a ticket to sue him"

II. FACTS
1. On July 10th, at around Midnight EST, the plaintiff met with the defendant to exchange $8,000 for one drill
2. The plaintiff payed $8,000 for the drill and then awaited their product
3. The defendant did not give the drill to the plaintiff and instead teleported away without giving the drill to the plaintiff
4. Later, the defendant would assault the plaintiff and a friend of the plaintiff
5. Later, the defendant would meet up with the plaintiff, where they would again refuse to hand over the drill. After which they proceeded to kill the plaintiff with an iron sword
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. By not handing over the drill, the defendant committed theft and stole $8,000 from the plaintiff, breaking anti-theft laws. Act of Congress - Criminal Code Act
3. By stealing from the plaintiff, the defendant caused the plaintiff to be barred from certain activities in DC they could have participated in had they not had their $8,000. This constitutes loss of enjoyment. Act of Congress - Redmont Civil Code Act
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $8,000 for the money stolen from the defendant
2. $3,000 for mental stress and loss of enjoyment
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
