III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF

1. Civil damages arising from Extortion under the Criminal Code Act.
2. IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF

The Plaintiff asks the court to grant the following:

1. The Plaintiff requests nominal damages in the amount of $3,000. This amount is based on the Defendant's illiegal conduct. The Defendant tried to rob the Plaintiff without any legal reason, using a diamond sword to intimidate the Plaintiff while he was unarmored, causing the Plaintiff's to have a great fear of dying. The attempted robbery was deliberate, unprovoked, and accompanied by a direct threat of death while the Defendant was visibly armed. The assault (on the diffrent player) showed that the Defendant was prepared to assault or murder the Plaintiff. The requested sum is intended to compensate for the emotional disstress of the Plaintiff and to deter similar conduct in the future.
2. Any applicable legal fees awarded to the prevailing party.
3. Any other relief the Court finds just and proper.
