COMPLAINT​

The Plaintiff, The Reserve Bank, complains against the Defendant, HarryWDev, as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF​

The Defendant entered into a loan agreement with The Reserve Bank under which the Defendant received $100.00 and agreed to repay a total of $118.00 by August 15, 2026. Despite the agreed repayment deadline having passed, the Defendant has failed to repay the outstanding amount. The Reserve Bank therefore seeks judicial enforcement of the Defendant's obligation to repay the debt, together with any applicable penalties or other relief permitted by the Court.

I. PARTIES​

1. The Plaintiff is The Reserve Bank, the financial institution that issued the loan described in this Complaint.
2. The Defendant is HarryWDev, identified by Discord ID 846368654384037958, who received the loan from the Plaintiff and agreed to its repayment terms.

II. FACTS​

1. On August 8, 2026, The Reserve Bank issued a loan of $100.00 to the Defendant.
2. As a condition of the loan, the Defendant agreed to repay $118.00 in total.
3. The agreed repayment deadline was August 15, 2026.
4. The Defendant received the benefit of the loan and was therefore obligated to satisfy the agreed repayment amount.
5. As of August 15, 2026, the Defendant had failed to repay the loan.
6. The total amount currently outstanding is $118.00.
7. The Defendant's failure to repay the agreed amount constitutes a failure to perform the Defendant's obligations under the loan agreement.
8. The Plaintiff has therefore been required to seek judicial relief to recover the outstanding debt.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF​

Count I: Breach of Loan Agreement​

1. The Plaintiff incorporates the facts stated above as though fully set forth herein.
2. A loan agreement existed between The Reserve Bank and the Defendant.
3. The Plaintiff performed its obligation by providing the Defendant with $100.00.
4. The Defendant agreed to repay $118.00 by August 15, 2026.
5. The repayment deadline has passed without the Defendant satisfying the agreed obligation.
6. The Defendant's failure to repay constitutes a breach of the loan agreement.
7. As a direct result of the Defendant's breach, $118.00 remains owed to the Plaintiff.

Count II: Recovery of Outstanding Debt​

1. The Plaintiff incorporates the facts stated above.
2. The Defendant remains indebted to The Reserve Bank in the amount of $118.00.
3. The Plaintiff is entitled to recover the outstanding principal and agreed repayment amount from the Defendant.
4. The Plaintiff further requests any additional penalties, interest, costs, or other relief that the Court determines to be appropriate under applicable Commonwealth law.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF​

The Plaintiff, The Reserve Bank, respectfully requests that this Court enter judgment in its favour and against the Defendant and provide the following relief:

1. Order the Defendant to pay $118.00 to The Reserve Bank.
2. Award any applicable late-payment penalties or interest permitted under the loan agreement.
3. Award any reasonable court costs or filing fees incurred by the Plaintiff.
4. Grant such other and further relief as the Court considers just and proper.

EVIDENCE​

The Plaintiff may attach the following evidence in support of this Complaint:

1. Evidence of the $100.00 loan issued on August 8, 2026.
2. Evidence of the Defendant's agreement to repay $118.00 by August 15, 2026.
3. The default notification showing that $118.00 remains outstanding.
