BILL
To ensure there is an Acting President
The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Executive Succesion Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
2-Line of Succession.
If the President is unavailable, unresponsive or unfit to fulfil their duties for a period of more than a week this line of Succession will come into effect to fulfil the vacancy.

-3 Additional Information
a)The Line if succession begins at the top of the list and ends at the bottom.
b)The next person in line to fill the role after the presidency is filled will become acting Vice President.
