Criminalize the use of acacia wood

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives and Senators in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Acacia Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - Reasons
(1) Acacia wood is the worst wood there is.
(2) We cannot allow acacia wood to destroy the beauty of Redmont.

3 - Acacia Wood
(1) Acacia wood refers to the following items: acacia log, stripped acacia log, stripped acacia wood, acacia planks, acacia doors, acacia stairs, acacia slabs, acacia fences, acacia fence gates, acacia signs, acacia trapdoors, acacia buttons, and acacia pressure plates.
(2) Acacia saplings are allowed, but when they grow to become a tree, they are illegal.
(3) Acacia wood is allowed in the interior of buildings, but are not allowed to be used for the exterior of a building.

4 - The section to support town autonomy and what not
(1) Each town's mayor may choose to enforce this law and to what extent it will be enforced to.

5 - If you are a baddie with acacia wood
(1) Anyone who uses acacia wood in the exterior of a building will be told to remove the acacia wood. If they do not comply with this request within one week of the original report and warning, staff will be asked to remove all exterior acacia wood and the owner of the region will be fined $500.
