Establish A Starter Pack

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “Starter Pack Act of 2020”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

2 - The Aim of the Bill

1. A starter pack will be given to the newcomers.
2. The aim of this is to make the newcomers feel welcomed and to help them to know how to start in the server.

3 - Starter Pack

1. The starter pack will include a book (explained in point 4), $1,000 and a map of the surroundings of the spawn.

4 - Book

1. The book will include and introduction of the server, explaining a little bit how the server works and who are the government and the congressmen.
2. There will be a list of available jobs.
3. There will be a list of the most important laws and rules of the server.
4. There will be some recommendations on how to start.
5. There will be a FAQ page on the forums and a link to the page in the book.

5 - Recommendations

1. Get some resources and sell them at the market or to people.
