The purpose of the State of the Commonwealth Reports is to increase Cabinet transparency and provide an insight into the happenings of the Government. This information is provided in good faith and although it may be listed here as a goal, it may not occur. This report simply outlines Government achievements, plans, and goals.

It’s been difficult to spend money this month due to a hold on reports by staff and not being able to get auctions out on the market because of the tax act

Achievements in May:
We had to deal with a pandemic, I'm really proud of our front line workers, I unfortunately didn't have time to log in to help but we handled it and everything else has been going smoothly

New secretary coming in, so that's all up to them now!

Achievements in May:
- Seizing Vanguard/Discover Bank
- Public Report in the works concerning recent compliance decisions
- Hired more staff
- Working with DOJ to gather evidence
Goals for June:
- Keeping commerce department running smoothly during the compliance focus. Tasks have been delegated.
- Tying anything up before end of term
- Writing new guides for next secretary

Achievements in May:
- Creation of the Willow Shop
- Improving DOI-DOH communications by having a perpetually open ticket, this will make it so material requests are not handled just by the Health Secretary
- Ranger Lockers
- Tenders
- Altered tender program policy to include: classification of items, and emergency acquisition of supplies policy.
- Requested and added a command for DOI wild region evictions
- Used baked potato supplies from the Willow Shop for the NWO program
- Actively communicating with the DOE on behalf of the NWO.
- Recruited 3 rangers, and 3 supply officers
- Raised report payments
- Had two successful group removals
- Raised payments for adoption certificates
- Fixed Oakridge shelter to (hopefully) prevent foxes from escaping during adoptions
- Emergency acquisitions of supplies policy
- Fixed formatting on certain guides
- Updated guides
- Started releasing tenders on the main DC Discord, instead of the website
- Recruited another Deputy Secretary
- Human added a music bot to the Department of the Interior Discord, and managed two Group Removals
- KayJee proposed a detailed law which would clarify animal treatment, fines, and sizes
- Working on the creation of Supply Officer reports for material stock information.
- Human added cats to the Cat Cafe (again)
Goals for June:
- Implementation of bulk tenders
- Increasing responsibilities of Supply Officers
- Creating a DOH storage room in the Supply Depot, accessible only by Medical Specialists for security reasons
- More descriptions of animals at the zoo
- Adding more features to the Cat Cafe
- Restructure Supply Depot for ease of access, more space, and to make it easier to find items
- Increase landscaping report payments
- Increasing cost of the adoption of certain rare animals at the Reveille Shelter
- Informational materials at the Willow Shop (i.e. what is Willow, new player advice, etc)
- Continuing the creation of Supply Officer reports
- Celebrate World Oceans Day on June 8th

The majority of the increase in budget expenditures are from: Increased ranger activity, raising payments for reports, creating sell only chestshops at the Willow Shop, and the purchasing of specific DOH supplies.

Purged some of our members that are inactive, worked on gaining more staff
Goals for June:
Finishing out the term strong and some more cool events

Achievements in May:
Grant program released
Many wiki edits documenting both players, server's governmental history, as well as some current events!
Preformed a partial-audit of the exams
Pay more for Hunter job for kills
Pay less for Hunter to kill dogs and cats... evil..

Hired more archivists to help upkeep documentation.

MORE WIKI EDITS- With an eye toward documenting some events as they happen and trying to take interviews.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
Achievements in May:
Most of the achievements and changes are internal. Cut down significantly on ticket times and training times, begun working on the Armed Forces (AFCR). Some internal firings of Detectives and Police Officers.
Goals for June:
- Improvements in the self-training and guides, increase in officer preparedness and decrease in overall mistakes on behalf of the department
- Internal promotions and increased focuses on activity
- Community Service Program completed
- Finishing the last bits of a proper activity incentivization system

Department of Justice (DOJ)
Achievements in May:
10 new employees hired !!
Settled a few cases, got one dismissed, successful prosecution for the Vanguard/Volt merger.
Created a chain of command for Prosecutors and Investigators
Official communication channels opened for the departments
Goals for June:
We have a few prosecutions in the pipeline which I’m super stoked about!
Hopefully a reduction in our defence load, which we can use to focus on actually prosecuting crimes

We’re looking into setting up a lawyer training program.

TOWN STATUS
Town of Oakridge
Achievements in May:
- Evicted and Sold mutiple plots (old mayor)
- Hired multiple new town employees
Goals for June:
- Paste the new observatory.
- Work to finish the New Station and mixed used area with it.
- Create mutiple new exhibits for former Mayors in the town Museum.
Town Balance:

Town of Aventura
Achievements in May:
We have finished 2 paste projects and are now awaiting paste, these combined add over 20 new r plots and c plots.
We introduced a fix to update Aventura elections in our constitution to match the town EO.
We introduced 2 robbable ATMs to the Aventura bank, And a complete new bus system allowing people to traverse Aventura with ease
We also held new elections were held to replace inactive council members.
Fixed and tweaked some discord related issues
We continued doing Aventura auctions
We also held Aventura first event since January
Goals for June:
The pasting and auctions of both our freshly built projects.
The complete fix of the Aventura constitution.
Now that we have a active Tourism department we can host more events, finally bringing back events fully to Aventura.
Commerce work in Aventura.
